How many hats can anyone wear? Ask Avi.
On any given day, Avi will tend to any one or more of: managing the Mississauga store, building the Oakville store, supervising the Oakville location, interviewing and hiring, purveying diamonds, selling to customers or training staff.
Asked how he can do all that, he replies shyly: "I guess they let me do a little of everything cause I'm an expert at no one thing." It's exactly this humility that everyone wants to have Avi do it all and to work with him in doing it.
