Yet, too many of his clients have professed a preference for his hand-work, claiming it to be even more precise than the computer aided variety. That say experts, is a true tribute to his talents.

Gary has been commissioned to create product for royalty, the church, Hollywood celebrities and some of the most demanding affecionados of fine jewellery.

Patrick is Omni Jewels and Java's restaurant executive chef. Formerly of the Holiday Inn King St. and prior to that from Dubai's elite 5-star hotels, Patrick brings an expertise not usually found at restaurants of Omni's size.

Says Patrick: "I accepted this position so that I can prove to myself that we can build it up to world class from the ground up. It's easy to maintain a business level when the brand is established. I want to prove that quality can create a brand and Omni is that brand."

Patrick brings exquisite food together with artistic presentation to its clients who quickly become returning regulars.

Everybody's favourite sales associate, Hillel Berkovits has been serving countless repeat customers at the Company's original store on Keele St. since 2002.

Asked the reason for his phenomenal track record, Hillel replies without hesitation that it's all about loving the client as much as loving the product. Says Berkovits: "If you like your customers, you tend to listen to them more closely. It's not about what I want but rather what they want."He further adds that "Knowing your inventory is critical to knowing how to meet the client's wish."

In order to accomplish that, Hillel attends all the jewellery trade shows around the globe so as to know what is in the marketplace and thus helps guide the company's purchases.

Husband to Aviva and the father of four, Hillel feels very fortunate to have it all , both at work and at home.

Jack is the creator, founder, owner and manager of Omni Jewelcrafters.
Chartered Accountant, teacher, youth leader, clergyman, real estate mogul, CEO of Canada's largest jewellery manufacturing company, tv personality, philanthropist and community activist, Jack Berkovits, 56, retired in 2002 for all of three months before setting out to create the "greatest value retailer " in Canadian history.
At least, that's what he dreamt to do.
